This toolkit is designed to assist private employers in implementing the recommendations and guidance applicable to corporations and law firms. The Toolkit addresses, for example, recruitment and retention strategies, professional development programs, and the creation of supportive work environments.
Prospective SEER members who come from diverse backgrounds (including racially diverse, LGBTQ+, and younger lawyers) and/or diverse practice settings (including government, non-profit, academia, and solo practice) are encouraged to apply for MDEP and take advantage of its many benefits.
