Kristin Hines Gladd has joined the National Parks Conservation Association as associate general counsel in Washington, D.C. Gladd was previously with Beveridge & Diamond in the firm’s Washington, D.C., office. She manages cases on behalf of NPCA to defend and support national parks and provides general legal counsel services to the organization. Gladd has specialized in litigation and regulatory compliance counseling in environmental and natural resources law. She has significant experience representing and advising diverse clients, including trade associations, national nonprofits, and Fortune 500 companies, before federal courts, administrative tribunals, and environmental regulators. Gladd has represented clients in Clean Air Act cases before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit and on air and energy matters in administrative tribunals. She has significant experience in the fields of air quality and climate change. Gladd currently serves on the editorial board of the Section’s Natural Resources & Environment magazine.
