James R. Arnold

Law firm moves

Julie R. Domike has joined Haynes and Boone as a partner in the firm’s Washington, D.C., office. Domike concentrates her environmental law practice in the areas of enforcement defense and advising clients on regulatory requirements, including emerging greenhouse gas regulations. She has extensive experience in the area of permitting under the Clean Air Act, particularly Title V and major and minor New Source Review, and in rule development and challenges. Domike was with Wallace King Domike & Reiskin PLLC in Washington, D.C., from 1999 to 2011 and more recently with Kilpatrick Townsend. Domike is co-editor of the Section’s The Clean Air Act Handbook, Third Edition.

Terry Uhling has joined environmental, energy, and natural resource law firm Marten Law PLLC as a partner. Uhling will continue his practice in agribusiness and natural resources in the firm’s new Sun Valley, Idaho, office. He formerly served as senior vice president, general counsel, and secretary of J.R. Simplot Company, in Boise, Idaho.

Alec Zacaroli has joined Haynes and Boone as counsel in the firm’s Washington, D.C., office. Zacaroli’s practice focuses primarily on environmental counseling and litigation, with a particular emphasis on federal and state air pollution control law. He is co-editor of the Section’s The Clean Air Act Handbook, Third Edition.
