The Indiana Court of Appeals ruled in April 2019 that the Right to Farm Act (Act) will protect farmers against nuisance suits in Himsel v. Himsel, Case No. 18A-PL-645 (Apr. 22, 2019) (Himsel), where the facts justify application of the law.
