Cancellation of Environmental, Energy and Resources Law's Essential Trial Skills for Environmental Lawyers
In light of the CDC's recommendation that meetings of fifty attendees or more be cancelled, the designation of the COVID-19 disease as a pandemic, and the declaration from the Governor of the State of Illinois of a public health emergency, the ABA and the Section of Environment, Energy, and Resources, after much deliberation and careful consideration of the information available to us, have made the difficult decision to cancel the Essential Trial Skills for Environmental Lawyers scheduled for April 23-24, 2020. We appreciate your patience as we have been carefully monitoring this dynamic situation.
We trust you understand our decision, and hope any inconvenience is minimal. While we will miss seeing all of you in person in Chicago, we hope to reschedule this program to a later date.
Please note the following regarding cancellation policies:
- Conference: Cancellations for the Essential Trial Skills for Environmental Lawyers will automatically be processed, and refunds will be credited to you within the next two weeks using your original form of payment. For questions, please contact the ABA Service Center at email@example.com or (800) 285-2221 [International (312) 988-5000].
- Hotel: Please note that hotel reservations must be cancelled by the individual who booked the reservation as soon as possible to avoid any penalties or fees. Swissotel Chicago: (312) 565–0565.
