Welcome to Issue 40:1 of the Entertainment and Sports Lawyer! We are excited for this issue. We have a few new authors, a few returning authors, and several incredible, and poignant, articles.

As always, if you have any interest in writing for the Journal, or working with us as an editor, please let me know! We are actively seeking articles from authors for the Journal. I encourage anyone interested to reach out to me and submit articles. We welcome submissions from any and all authors. • Spring 2024 (40:2) (anticipated June Publishing) March 15, 2024
• Summer 2024 (40:3) (anticipated August Publishing) June 15, 2024
• Fall 2024 (40:4) (anticipated December Publishing) September 15, 2024
• Winter 2025 (41:1) (anticipated February Publishing) December 15, 2024
