    Dear Forum Members,

    Welcome to Issue 40:2 of the Entertainment and Sports Lawyer! We are excited for this issue. Spring is a time for graduation! We have Law Students graduating and becoming attorneys! Of course…they have to take that Bar exam first, but we anticipate welcoming several new members to our club. With that in mind, for this issue, we feature articles written by 8 recent graduates! The competition is fierce, because these authors are outstanding!

    As always, if you have any interest in writing for the Journal, or working with us as an editor, please let me know! We are actively seeking articles from authors for the Journal. I encourage anyone interested to reach out to me and submit articles. We welcome submissions from any and all authors. Review the Author Guidelines. The pending deadlines for article submissions are:

    • Summer 2024 (40:3) (anticipated August Publishing) June 15, 2024
    • Fall 2024 (40:4) (anticipated December Publishing) September 15, 2024
    • Winter 2025 (41:1) (anticipated February Publishing) December 15, 2024
    • Spring 2025 (40:2) (anticipated June Publishing) March 15, 2025
