3. Bringing a Vacatur Motion

This webinar will begin by detailing why post-conviction relief is critical for survivors of human trafficking. Then, this webinar will provide attorneys and non-attorneys an overview of when and how to bring a vacatur motion and the best practices for compiling motions and petitions.

4. Best Practices for working with Survivors of Trafficking in Vacatur Cases

6. Use of Interpreters for Victims of Human Trafficking
