Subpoena Defense Project

The ABA and the Confidentiality Institute have partnered to develop the Protecting Privacy to Enhance Safety Pro Bono Project, supporting attorneys nationwide who want to provide pro bono assistance to victim service programs responding to subpoenasCases are typically brief, usually requiring straightforward negotiation and/or a single court appearance.
