This course provides interactive litigation skills for attorneys who represent survivors in custody and family law cases. Participants will gain understanding on the impact of domestic violence on our clients and cases; develop an effective case theory; define the various players in a family law case and how they inform case outcome; obtain safe and effective visitation orders; integrate supportive witness expertise; and engage in safe negotiations.

- Priority will be given to OVW grantees.
- The content of this program does not meet requirements for continuing legal education (CLE) accreditation. You will not receive CLE credit for participating.
