POSTPONED

June 8-10, 2020: Advanced Custody Litigation (Anchorage, Alaska)

Our Advanced Custody Litigation Institute is an intensive, interactive, two-day training designed to provide the skills and expertise necessary to enable legal services attorneys to effectively represent domestic violence victims in complex, contested, multi-party, lengthy (multi-month to multi-year) court proceedings.

We use skilled expert litigators from around the country to serve as instructors at our trainings. The complexity of litigation, the substantive, specific legal content of the sessions, and the diversity of national participants all underscore the importance of having qualified and trained professionals as our faculty.

We consistently receive high ratings from our participants, who feel the interactive training format and experienced faculty add to their understanding of the dynamic of domestic violence, and best practices in the legal representation of victims.
