View from the Bench

One of the most harmful things an attorney can do in the courtroom is annoy the judge.  This webinar will give participants the opportunity to learn the do’s and don’ts of courtroom conduct by interacting directly with a panel of current and retired judges.  The session will provide insights on what judges expect from attorneys appearing in their courtrooms, and tips for enhancing practice and professionalism.  Substantial time will be devoted to questions and answers.
