On March 20, the Commission on Women in the Profession sponsored a webinar, Guided Conversations: Highlighting Experiences of Intersectionality in the Profession. Created to improve dialogue about race, ethnicity, and gender, the Guided Conversations Project aims to illuminate the intersectional experiences of women of color and promote allyship in the legal profession. This free virtual CLE program featured women lawyers of diverse demographic backgrounds and legal specialties moderated by Michele Coleman Mayes, former vice president, general counsel, and secretary, New York Public Library, and former Commission on Women in the Profession chair. Panelists included Kimberly Chainey, executive vice president, chief legal officer, and corporate secretary, Aptar; Angelique W. EagleWoman, law professor and director of the Native American Law and Sovereignty Institute, Mitchell Hamline School of Law; Yvette Ostolaza, management committee chair, Sidley Austin LLP; and Heather J.
