Program Description
The Commission is excited to host law firm and in-house leaders at the Morrison Foerst New York offices to celebrate the tenth anniversary of the Grit and Growth Mindset Project. To commemorate this important occasion, the Commission will bring together senior law firm decision-makers and in-house leaders to discuss the critical benefits that “grit” and “growth mindset” can bring to the field.
This half-day summit is an opportunity to hear from a slate of high-impact speakers and connect with law firm leaders and in-house counsel from organizations like AbbVie, Confluence, Digital Realty, Endeavor, Meta, PayPal, Peloton, Siemens Healthineers, Swiss Re, Varian, and Verizon to explore a decade of the impact of the Grit and Growth Mindset. The conversation will include essential principles that improve team performance and attrition, build inclusive and diverse leadership, and strengthen the pipeline of advancement for women across the legal profession.

Cancellation and Refund Policy*
If the ABA cancels a program, attendees will be notified via email and paid registrations will be refunded. To cancel your registration before August 10, 2024, please email Madeline Amonick. Refunds will be applied to the original form of payment. If canceled by August 10, 2024, there will be a $112.50 cancellation fee. After August 10, 2024, refunds will not be granted, however, we will gladly accept substitutions for those unable to attend.
