About the Retreat
Join the ABA Commission on Women in the Profession for our Launching Leaders Retreat. As part of the Retreat you will develop a plan for your own path to leadership with ample time for health, wellness, rejuvenation and networking opportunities throughout the conference. Learn from the chairs of our research projects and other accomplished women lawyers how to map out a personal plan for your advancement in the profession. Getting to the next level requires building good teams to work with you along the way, creating your own advisory team of men and women, creating a more level playing field in your workplace, and navigating workplace dynamics to claim your own position of power.

Hotel Information
A block of rooms has been arranged by the Omni Montelucia Resort in Scottsdale, AZ for a special rate of $342 plus tax (single/double) which includes resort fees. A 10% discount on spa services will be provided for meeting attendees.
