The panel serves as an introduction to Creating More Welcoming Workplaces, a guide for nonbinary legal professionals and their allies recently released by the Harvard Law School LGBTQ+ Advocacy Clinic and Beyond Binary Legal in conjunction with the National LGBTQ+ Bar Association, the National Transgender Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.

Panelists share their experiences as nonbinary attorneys and discuss strategies for inclusion at the organizational and interpersonal level that can be implemented in any legal workplace.  Attendees will learn more about the experiences of nonbinary people in the legal workplace.  They will leave with specific strategies on how to intentionally include nonbinary employees on an interpersonal and organizational level. Nonbinary attendees will learn self-advocacy strategies they can bring back to their workplaces.
