Seeking Neurodivergent and Neurotypical Legal Professionals & Hiring Managers and Recruiters for Video

The American Bar Association’s Commission on Disability Rights and Accenture are working on a short video to highlight the contributions of neurodivergent legal professionals and the value of recruiting and hiring these diverse individuals.

We invite neurodivergent legal professionals and neurotypical legal professionals, hiring managers, and recruiters who have worked with these individuals to share their personal stories so that we might identify a few to highlight as part of our video. Edited: We began this campaign hoping to find individuals to share their stories on-camera; however, if you prefer to share your story but not be named, please let us know by selecting the "I prefer to remain anonymous" option in the form.

If selected, participants must commit 1-2 hours to be interviewed on location (Chicago, Washington, D.C., San Francisco, New York, Atlanta, Boston, Dallas, Houston) or via videoconference by a member of our team.

Applicants must complete the short digital form by Tuesday, February 18, 2025 to be considered. If you are selected, we will contact you.

If you experience any accessibility issues completing the form, please email Sarah Katz at [email protected].

Note: All submissions are confidential and will be reviewed for the purposes of selecting a diverse cohort of participants for the video. Submissions will be maintained until completion of the project and will not be shared outside of the project working group, which may include third-party vendors or partners.
