The Commission on Racial and Ethnic Diversity in the Profession is thrilled to share the Winter 2023 edition of The Innovator with you.
Inside, we spotlight the amazing projects and initiatives within the Association’s Sections, Division, and Forums that are advancing racial and ethnic diversity in the legal profession. I hope you will agree with me when I say, our leaders have a contagious passion that fuels our collective drive to meaningfully move the needle forward.
This is not your ordinary edition of The Innovator. In fact, it is quite special. We are thrilled to also provide you with a sneak peak of the Commission’s brand new Strategic Plan. We share this labor of love with you all in the spirit of transparency, collaboration, and in hopes that you will join our commitment to the vision and goals contained within the Strategic Plan.
As we ring in 2023 and resolve to achieve new goals professionally and personally, I invite you to renew your commitment to Goal III and explore how you can put action to words and advocate for our members, the profession, and the communities we serve.
