Karen Beutler and I are proud co-chairs of the Practice Management, Skills & Business Development Committee. For this month’s Just Resolutions newsletter, we saw great value in curating a range of articles that explore how significant life experiences—when thoughtfully reflected upon and nurtured—can enhance conflict resolution skills and aid in resolving disputes.

Conflict resolution lessons present themselves to us every day, often in unexpected ways. The attached articles offer reflections on dramatic high-altitude expeditions, quiet insights gained from reframing a beloved parent's artwork after their passing, perspectives on family and culture from India, ways in which a neutral can foster influence by drawing on personal background and technical skills, and the power of kindness.

We hope you enjoy this powerful collection of reflections and take the time to consider how your own life experiences can guide you toward effective conflict resolution solutions.
