Message from the Committee Chairs

Todd Drucker, Gina Miller, Patricia Hillis McGruder

Mission

To provide our members with current techniques that will assist in building a successful ADR practice. Our goal is to empower our members to connect with their clients in entirely new and modern ways. With our core service offerings, involving marketing, client service and retention, we provide a next-generation practice development platform.

Thank you for reading this month’s issue of Just Resolutions.  In this issue, we focus on “Innovative Thought and Practice” to maximize skills and performance as ADR professionals. In presenting these articles, we aim to remind and educate ABA DR Section Members on the importance of augmenting existing skills and developing new tools for our respective conflict resolution toolboxes. The lessons and information presented are essential to beginning and veteran ADR professionals. From learning about AI’s role in international arbitration (from the AI’s perspective) to a rarely used concept in arbitration panels (two arbitrators instead of one or three) and best practices in technology arbitrations, there’s something for everyone to consider thoughtfully.

We hope you enjoy this issue and consider joining our Practice Management, Skills, and Business Development Committee.
