Happy Summer! We hope that this message finds you all healthy, happy, enjoying life – and efficiently resolving disputes. The Arbitration Committee is pleased to be sponsoring this edition of Just Resolutions, which is focused on the early stages of arbitration.
It has been a busy and successful year for the ArbCom. Our quarterly meetings and other events have featured outstanding speakers and have attracted record attendance. We are committed to continuing that trend and welcome your input to make it happen, whether by publishing articles, like the fine articles in this edition of Just Resolutions, or by organizing programs. Just contact your ArbCom co-chairs and we would be happy to discuss.
We have also begun planning for our 2024 Arbitration Training Institute, which will be held in late May or early June. Stay tuned!
