The Section holds numerous in-person educational programs throughout the year, including a spring conference, the Arbitration Institute, and the Advanced Mediation and Advocacy Skills Institute. The Section also convenes teleconferences and webinars on topics of interest to members.

Members of the Section can join more than 20 subject-area committees, including Arbitration, Mediation, International, Practice Development, and Ethics.
