MCLE Rules Changes

In reaction to the evolving situation, the CDC has recommended cancelling large event for the next 8 weeks to curb the spread of COVID-19, states and cities have declarations of a public health emergency, the WHO has classified the coronavirus as a pandemic, and there are many prohibitions on travel by law firms, corporations, and governmental agencies. In response, several states have temporarily suspended the requirements that their attorneys attend in-person CLE to fulfill their MCLE requirements or adjusted deadlines, fees, or other aspects of their rules.
