Access to nature is beneficial to everyone, including persons with disabilities. Increasingly, research shows that time in nature provides a range of physical, emotional and mental benefits and can enhance a sense of belonging. However, accessibility issues mean that the disability community is often excluded from the outdoors. This webinar addresses the current environment of access, barriers to the outdoors, and how we can make nature more accessible.
