ABA Policymaking: Civil Rights and Social Justice Style

This video offers the chance to learn from our Section Delegates, Estelle Rogers and Mark Schickman, all the basic background and processes necessary to enact ABA policy. These steps include choosing an issue, drafting a resolution and report, receiving approval from the Section Council, organizing support from other entities, choosing speakers, and preparing for the House of Delegates session. The ABA policy process is vital to our Section's work and to our Committees, and this informative training ensures members and leadership alike are equipped to navigate it.
