This past June, the U.S. Supreme Court handed down key decisions impacting a cross-section of constitutional issues and rights. In FDA v. Alliance for Hippocratic Medicine and Moyle v. United States, access to abortion care made its way back to the Court just two years after Dobbs. The decisions in these cases and others have caused unease as to what the future holds for access to reproductive healthcare, the future of constitutional rights, and the rule of law in the United States. Join us for a conversation with thought leaders who discuss these rulings and other intersecting decisions handed down by the Supreme Court this term, and what it really means for access to abortion, pregnancy care, and bodily autonomy.
