As the 40th anniversary of the first AIDS cases in the US approaches next year (June 2021), HIV lawyers and policy advocates discuss the progress achieved in protecting the rights of people living with or affected by HIV/AIDS, where those rights may be threatened today, and how best to secure them for the future.
