Join us for a Rapid Response Webinar, cosponsored by the Section of Civil Rights and Social Justice, the Administrative Law Section and the Judicial Division.  This program will provide a history of the Administrative Procedure Act (APA) and the role of administrative law judges (ALJs) within the act prior to Lucia, as well as a discussion of Lucia, the resulting Executive Order and Department of Justice guidance and the role of administrative law judges (ALJs) within the APA after Lucia.
