Ensuring Access to the Polls: How Lawyers Can Help

This nonpartisan program discusses the ways in which lawyers can help to ensure fair elections on November 3rd and beyond. Panelists address lawyers as poll workers, poll watchers and election judges. Panelists also discuss the ability of lawyers to serve as a resource on state and county-specific requirements for voter registration, vote-by-mail, and voter ID requirements, including the specific challenges facing homeless populations and Native communities.
