On a personal note, I also want to echo the sentiments in this issue regarding the Forum’s Diversity and Inclusion efforts.  I was lucky enough to be named as a Diversity Fellow in 2019 and it is an experience that continues to reap benefits.  The Forum’s “special sauce” is truly a gift and we are so excited to spread its benefits far and wide.
