Standing Committee on Constitution and Bylaws

The Standing Committee on Constitution and Bylaws shall:

(a) study and make appropriate recommendations on all proposals to amend the Constitution or the Bylaws, other than on the substantive merit of proposals submitted by the Committee on Scope and Correlation of Work to discontinue or alter the jurisdiction of Association entities, and (b) upon request of the Committee on Rules and Calendar of the House of Delegates, study and make appropriate recommendations, other than on substantive merit, on all proposals to amend the Rules of Procedure of the House.
