Joint Committee on Employee Benefits (JCEB)

The JCEB is the central and dedicated ABA provider and coordinator of employee benefits in-person CLE programs and webinars as well as annual meetings with the federal agencies that issue regulations and enforce the laws that govern employee benefit plans and deferred compensation arrangements.  The JCEB is co-sponsored by the Sections of Business Law, Health Law, Labor and Employment Law, Real Property, Trust and Estate Law, Taxation and Tort Trial and Insurance Practice (TIPS) and is represented by practitioners from each of these sections.  Emily Costin of Alston & Bird, as the representative of TIPS, is the 2018-2019 Chairperson of the JCEB.
