The ABA Death Penalty Representation Project regularly works with ABA Presidents, the ABA Government Affairs Office, and the capital community to submit comments and present testimony on pressing death penalty matters including state and federal legislation, clemency applications, and adoption of the ABA Guidelines for the Appointment & Performance of Defense Counsel in Death Penalty Cases.
