Solo and Small Firms

Many attorneys at smaller firms or with solo practices are interested in getting involved with the work of the Project. Although it is sometimes not feasible for these individuals to provide post-conviction representation to a death row inmate, the Project occasionally has smaller, discrete matters such as amicus briefs, petitions for certiorari, and research projects that are better suited for one or two attorneys.
