Please join the ABA Death Penalty Representation Project along with co-sponsors the Chicago Bar Association, the ABA Criminal Justice Section, the ABA Section of Individual Rights and Responsibilities, and the ABA Standing Committee on Legal Aid & Indigent Defense for a discussion of recent death penalty cases at the US Supreme Court and how domestic and international law, popular opinion, exonerations and the changing composition of the court will affect how future death penalty cases are decided.
