Andrew Thomas
The ABA Center for Innovation, in conjunction with the ABA Section of Dispute Resolution, was pleased to award the 2nd Frank E.A. Sander Innovation in ADR Award to Andrew Thomas on April 20, 2022 at the ABA Section for Dispute Resolution Annual Meeting.
Mr. Thomas was awarded for his career in dispute resolution as he collectively and systematically sustained various initiatives and improved access to justice through court system. In the wake of the controversy around Trevon Martin, Mr. Thomas was able to bring his community together by working with the stakeholders in police forces and community leaders to ensure peace. He models Professor Sander in his commitment to advancing justice and making a difference in his community.
