Kim is the Co-Founder of Fidu, the complete client experience platform empowering legal teams to sell, deliver, and scale subscription and flat fee legal services. Fidu has earned top industry recognition, including winning Startup TNT’s 2023 Pitch Competition, Clio’s 2023 Best Practice of Law App, and the 2021 Clio Launch//Code Grand Prize. It was also named a finalist in the 2023 ABA Startup Alley Competition.
In addition to being a leading legal industry disruptor, Kim is a subscription design coach, speaker, and tech enthusiast. For nearly 15 years, she ran K Bennett Law LLC, an innovative, virtual brand strategy law firm delivering on-demand and subscription legal services to CEOs and executive teams.
Beyond her work at Fidu, Kim founded Designing the New Legal, serves on the Governing Council for the ABA Center for Innovation, and is a former planning board member of the ABA TECHSHOW. She has been an advisor to companies like CaseText and has been recognized as a Women of Legal Tech and Fastcase 50 honoree.
