Law schools must grapple with new approaches to legal education produced by AI. In addition to providing instruction on emerging legal fields, law schools are teaching students not only how to use AI tools but to understand them. Law schools are grappling with questions ranging from AI in the admissions process to the unique ethical questions presented by AI.
The AI and Legal Education Survey, is a compilation of insights gathered from law school administrators and faculty regarding the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) into legal education. The survey was completed by 29 law school deans or faculty members between late December 2023 and mid-February 2024.
