AI Governance

AI governance will play a major role in shaping the legal landscape of AI law. Many entities, including legislatures, government agencies, industry groups, and individual companies, are enacting laws and issuing guidelines, standards, and practices to govern the use of AI in order to minimize the risks associated with AI and promote the use of trustworthy, responsible, and ethical AI.
