The Career Development Office provides career & fellowship counseling and promotes public interest through lunch time panels during Public Interest Week. We host 50+ agencies and organizations in our annual Government and Public Interest Table Talk. Many of our students also attend the Texas Public Service Career Day and the Equal Justice Works Conference and Career Fair.

The law school funds approximately 30 Summer Public Interest Fellowships each summer. In addition, around 10 students can be awarded a Global Fellowship for working in a government agency or non-profit organization abroad.
