In this program, panelists will address the controversial intersection between creditors’ rights and the transfer of wealth. Panelists will place emphasis on the application of centuries-old fraudulent transfer law, both inside and outside of bankruptcy. This presentation will highlight high-profile cases featuring debtors who transfer their wealth and the creditors who aggressively “follow the money” to satisfy judgments. The program will also provide due diligence tips for transactional attorneys and creditors' rights litigators.
