Drawing on the work of the BCLC’s Recent Developments publication, this presentation will explore important new cases and national trends in three subfields of business law. The panel will discuss trends in trial practice, private company (i.e., “Business Divorce”) disputes, and D&O insurance. Participants will be asked to consider how these developments mesh with broader trends in business and corporate litigation.
