The Corporate Transparency Act was enjoined in Texas Top Cop Shop and Smith. The Supreme Court set aside the TTCS injunction, and just this week the Smith court set aside the injunction it had issued. The clock is running on the new 30-day deadline for compliance set by FinCEN. Meanwhile the Boyle court's decision upholding the CTA's constitutionality invalidated the regulatory penalties (but was that dicta?). And Congress may step in to reset some deadlines.
