Our panel of experts will examine the growing challenges to clients and counsel engaged in CFIUS-reviewed investments in US companies that design, develop, or produce AI, super-computers, and other “contested technologies.” Our panel will review the strategic choices clients and their counsel must plan and execute when pursuing cross-border trade in “contested technologies,” especially investments over which CFIUS has jurisdiction or to which export controls and economic sanctions apply.
