  3. The limitations and challenges presented when considering corporate social responsibility concepts during insolvency or in a bankruptcy case.

  4. Circumstances when a committee can or should consider non-economic concerns.

  5. Whether the role for an out-of-the-money committee can include social responsibility constructs.
