Jomaire Crawford, Partner at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, LLP, was recognized by The Daily Journal Top Verdicts of 2022 after obtaining summary judgment for Google in Calhoun v. Google (N.D. Cal.), a privacy class action filed on behalf of a putative class of millions of Chrome users alleging Google failed to disclose and obtain user consent to collect certain data when they browsed third-party sites on the web.
