This program will examine the due diligence relating to secured lending in intellectual property (IP). Through a case study, the program will provide guidance on how to conduct a thorough review of a borrower’s Canadian and American patents, trademarks and copyrights and suggestions on how to address IP concerns in the security agreement for the transaction.
