The panel will explore common film financing vehicles and structures (debt and equity), key players, due diligence involved, third-party collateral documents (i.e., laboratory agreements), and perfection of intellectual property issues, as well as risks and challenges relating to the film financing industry. The topic will provide a cross-border perspective by examining American, Canadian, and European film financing practices.
