Jump to:

President Biden’s “Executive Order on the Safe, Secure, and Trustworthy Development and Use of Artificial Intelligence,” signed October 2023, has significant consequences for all enterprises in the U.S., extending regulations across critical infrastructure, defense, and government procurement. It will reshape regulation of labor, finance, securities, healthcare, and many additional sectors. This panel will identify the authority of the executive branch, how agencies will incorporate the president’s directive, what laws may follow, and the impact on the regulatory environment.
