Our political climate presents challenges in serving traditionally targeted groups of underserved entrepreneurs to achieve success in capital formation and achieving their business goals. We discuss how to pivot to serve, within current interpretations of the law, a pluralistic base of entrepreneurs who have historically been rejected for financial assistance. We also hear from leaders who have run successful entrepreneurial assistance programs to better understand how lawyers can help in achieving business success.
